The staff and facilities were amazing! The pool looked relaxing and welcoming as well! The rooms were simply amazing and comfortable. The balcony though facing half beach half city was still a beautiful sight even as the sun came up.

Chef Thomas went the extra mile and made us feel special. He made the best omelette and personally delivered to our table. The Manager was very helpful and engaging making sure all our needs are met. Kara was a sweetie pie sharing about the hotel. The Jamaican front desk representative was very attentive to my needs by making sure my arrival was an effortless experience. She gave me a peace of mind. Sidney was a pro on her 1st day of work. The entire Best Western Tides staff is the BEST. I rate this hotel 10 stars, exceptional staff service, FOOD, cleanliness, toiletries, bedding, and hotel location.

I loved walking out and seeing a bar, pool and hot tub and then the walkway to the beach! The staff was amazing! The place was so clean and the breakfast and coffee were amazing! I will stay there again for sure!! Thank you for a great experience! I only needed one night and y’all allowed that and it was really appreciated! The fact that yall allowed us to do a late check out at 12;00 was a reason that I will totally stay again and tell all my friends!

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is wonderful and the location is unbeatable. The pool and hot tub were really great to have when the beach was too hot and for stargazing at night. Our room had a view of the beach and of the town which was really cool, and was very quiet even though we were directly next to a construction site (we didn't hear it at all!). The view from the breakfast area is magical and the coffee bar in the morning was a lifesaver, and the prices were very reasonable.

Room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and spacious. Decor was modern and appealing. Hotel was directly on the beach with easy access. Chairs and umbrellas were available to rent (we brought our own). The hotel had laundry facilities.

The location is ideal. Close to a lot. There were staff that went above and beyond for us without us asking. Just really friendly people. Our room was quiet, and the pool deck was great. We used it when the wind was too breezy to be in the sand. Very clean room.

Location is great and the hotel has the right size, breakfast is really good with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and nice, they really want you to have a good time. They answer promptly and help you with everything you need.

Our stay at Best Western premier- the tides was one of the best vacation stays that my family experienced, not only was the staff remarkable towards my daughter's and I but the people we interacted with was very warm an welcoming also. The Tiki Bar at the pool lit up with lights at night was the perfect setting I found it soothing an calming the perfect nightly atmosphere. Our bartender she was great and lastly the Breakfast buffet was very delicious and a great treat to wake up too. I would definitely stay again and recommend.
